My Story

When I first learned my abdominal muscles had separated - and later, when I was diagnosed with a pelvic organ prolapse - I felt weak, scared, and as if my body had failed me.

I thought... "How could this be happening to me?!"

I had already fought my way through postnatal

depression, and as I slowly began creating movement as medicine, I started to feel a shift.

Through trial and error, I discovered something powerful: the more I moved—and the more of me I moved—the stronger I became.

Instead of relying on KEGALS and the rigid “pull-in and up” exercises I had learned as a young dancer and Pilates teacher, I embraced a whole-body approach—one that didn’t just heal my mind but also restored my abdominal muscles and pelvic floor.

How do I know if the DIY course or membership is for me?
