Whole Body Pelvic Health Retreat – Sunday 18th May 2025 | Chapel Allerton Pilates

Step away from the noise, the to-do lists, and the constant demands on your time. This one-day retreat is your opportunity to reset, reconnect, and reclaim control of your body.

Specifically designed for women living with prolapse or pelvic floor dysfunction, this transformative experience guides you through creating a clear, personalised pelvic floor Pilates practice.

This retreat is for people who have never done a Pelvic Health Retreat with Claire before or want to do a refresher if they have already been to one.

There will be a follow up retreat for those who have already done one and a ready to work even deeper on the 20th of July!

If you feel alone, frustrated and want more for your pelvic floor this day retreat will take you from pelvic floor frustration to pelvic floor freedom. You will have hope and the skills to bring that hope to life.

FAQs

How much does it cost and how do I pay?

The cost is £189pp including lunch and refreshments.

If I have a prolapse can I still attend?

Yes we will cover this on the day.

What if I have to cancel?

We have a 10-day cancellation policy. In the last 10 days it is very difficult to fill the place in such a small, intimate and specific retreat. If you cancel before 10 days there is a £10 administration fee giving you a refund of £179.

If I am post-natal can I still attend?/Can I bring my baby?

Yes, and we will lunch at 1pm if you need to leave to feed or have time with your baby./This time is special and sacred to you. It will give you the best outcome if you come alone as you will have time to focus on your own needs.

If I am pregnant can I attend?

For sure! You will learn the anatomy that will help you for the remainder of your pregnancy and your birth. It will also give you the movements and tools you need to restore after birth.

I am menopausal will it be relevant to me?

Yes. The menopause is often the time women start to experience changes in their pelvic floor so we will explore some of the reasons why and give specific simple tricks to work on it.

Can I attend if I don’t know anything about my pelvic floor?

Absolutely! We will go into some of the anatomy and relationships with the pelvic floor so you will learn what you need to know.

Can I attend even if I don’t think I have anything going on with my pelvic floor?

Absolutely. Everyone has a pelvic floor so the more you learn at any stage of life the more informed you will be to care for it like you do your teeth or any other area of your body.

I have had pelvic floor surgery can I still attend?

Yes, as long as you are considerably post-op and have clearance to attend. We will adapt anything that needs to be adapted. You will find it very useful.
