When I started out 25 years ago, there was nowhere to practise. There were no studios offering what I needed, there were no mentors and there was no space to ask the questions. I had to figure so much of it out alone.
I created Teachers Connect because it is exactly what I wished had existed then. A community and an environment that supports you as a whole teacher, not just your repertoire.
You do not have to work this out on your own.
What we work on together
This is not a library of exercises to collect. It is consistent, connected work across everything it takes to be a Pilates teacher.
A personalised Pilates gym programme, built with me around your goals and the equipment you have access to, so your own practice stays consistent rather than being the thing that always slips.
Live sessions where we look at the how and the why behind the exercises you already know, so your everyday teaching keeps growing.
What do you do when somebody arrives with gout, or tells you they have osteoporosis, or feels dizzy in class? Bring the case studies. We work through them together.
Monthly classes where you get to be the one on the equipment, moving and feeling the work, not delivering it.
How do you grow your community classes and build a teaching life that supports the way you want to live? We look at this too.
Curated class recommendations, books, podcasts and ideas to keep you inspired and learning, as a teacher and as a person.
Because looking after your own body and settling your own nervous system is part of the work, not separate from it.
Absolutely everything you need as a whole teacher is inside this membership.
When you sign up, choose the group with the office hours that work best for you.
Your personalised programme, practised together every week.
Office Hours is your chance to bring any question, from a challenging client case study to business, motivation or anything else.
Equipment classes made for you as the teacher. You get to be the one moving.
Spaces are intentionally limited so that everyone gets
real attention. Come and join us.
