March Matness isn’t just another exercise program. It’s a global movement that helps women like you take charge of their pelvic health.

Created by Pilates expert Benjamin Degenhardt, March Matness follows Joseph Pilates’ original exercises, adapted to strengthen, restore, and empower.

Led by Claire Sparrow, a second-generation Pilates teacher and pelvic health expert, this 4-week journey is designed to improve pelvic floor function, relieve pain, and reduce symptoms like incontinence and prolapse.
